Overall good stay Lowest price I found but was very clean, quiet, friendly staff
i really enjoy my time there the staff was warm and welcoming and my room lived up to expectation. it was located in a convenient spot where i come get to the airport in a nick of time
Cultural understanding I have stayed at Extended Stay's in the past and it is one of my favorite Hotel chains bc of the convenient accommodations, friendly staff and reasonable rates. My last stay was less than enjoyable mainly bc of the behavior of the receptionist. I believe her name was "Sherry" her uniform was soiled and she returned my credit card to me by "tossing" it on the counter to me, while this is a simple gesture I find it extremely rude as I make it a point to treat people with respect.
