Cultural understanding I have stayed at Extended Stay's in the past and it is one of my favorite Hotel chains bc of the convenient accommodations, friendly staff and reasonable rates. My last stay was less than enjoyable mainly bc of the behavior of the receptionist. I believe her name was "Sherry" her uniform was soiled and she returned my credit card to me by "tossing" it on the counter to me, while this is a simple gesture I find it extremely rude as I make it a point to treat people with respect. Good for the price for a one night stay. You get what you pay for. We often stay at Extended Stay hotels because of the full kitchen and the rooms tend to be larger. This is not the best one we have ever stayed at. The rooms are smaller than the average Extended Stay rooms and the kitchen was not that clean. The stove burners had old food crusted under them and the refrigerator was not that clean. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom either. Clean and convenient We had to stay due to relocating. It was wonderful, the room had a kitchen and all the utensils and cookware was provided for us!! I was able to make a healthy dinner for my family after a long day of moving. It was just what we needed. The water stayed hot after 3 showers(which meant a lot to me because I was last!) I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends.
