Everything was ok except for the elevator going out the morning we were leaving and we were on the 3rd floor. It may it very hard on us to get out and we had an appointment to get to. Everything else was good.
CUSTOMER SERVICE 101 the rooms are nice sized but definitely need to be brought up to 2019. The amenities do too. The laundry room is atrocious and begs for new appliances. The vending machines need alot of.help also. If you have a laundry room and vending machines it would be nice if the front desk would give you quarters. Perhaps but in a quarter machine for the guests. The front desk is like allergic to making change or helping with quarters- like its coming out of their paycheck.
