CUSTOMER SERVICE 101 the rooms are nice sized but definitely need to be brought up to 2019. The amenities do too. The laundry room is atrocious and begs for new appliances. The vending machines need alot of.help also. If you have a laundry room and vending machines it would be nice if the front desk would give you quarters. Perhaps but in a quarter machine for the guests. The front desk is like allergic to making change or helping with quarters- like its coming out of their paycheck.
