One night stop. We were coming from SC. A family member that lives in the Roanoke area was hospitalized. We were traevelling with a pet. The hotel was comfortable, and was close to restaraunts too. Good for a family traveling with a pet. The night time staff was not as friendly as the morning staff.

Excellant after the disaster the day before Excellent service . We arrived early because of the bad weather, they got our room cleaned straight away so we only had to wait 20mins to check in. The only negative was we were on the road side and it was a bit noisy. Ask for a room at the back.

Long weekend stay Great location to get to events in Roanoke and Blacksburg. Friendly helpful staff. Room was comfortable and the large refrigerator was a nice surprise.

4th of July weekend My stay was pleasant. Enjoyed having kitchen. Spacious. Employees were professional and friendly

SO SO Rooms appeared to be old but weren't too bad. Liked the fact that the rooms have a small kitchen so all my employees did not have to go out for dinner every night. Overall not the best place we have stayed but would probably return if the normal hotel we use in the area is full.

Clean - but worn. need replace carpet and filters People were great and helpful. Liked the grab and run breakfast. I was without a car - I wish the vending machine was working or that they would sell me one of their coffee and breakfast bars during the day or evening. First te Expedia or Extended Stay - will do it again

Not a great experience, but okay. Rooms are fairly large with kitchen areas. Hotel located right on major Highway 81, so traffic noise is non-stop all night. Bed was very hard, uncomfortable. One blanket provided, along with comforter. No ice machine in hotel since the rooms have freezers, so you have to make your own for first night, or bring or buy. bathroom had plenty of towels and hand towels, but not one wash cloth in room. Coffee during morning hours was good.
