Roanoke Star A Must See The rate was good and the front staff very nice. This is my second stay and I plan on going down and staying at the Extended Stay again in October.

great value Knew I was arriving late. Bought some grocercies and used my own kitchen for a nice supper and good breakfast. Very economical for a business trip. Easy to get to all Roanoke locations. Comfortable and quiet on the back side of hotel.

Nice place for the bucks This is my second stay in an Extended say, and I must say they have won me over. It is really nice having a full sized fridge. They have a full kitchen actually, but I never cook anything. They don't provide shampoo and stuff in the room, just soap, but that's OK. Room was very clean and modern. One note about Google maps. Using Google maps on my phone to find the place I discovered that it is a couple more miles down the side road than google maps said.

close to my travel route The towels were as rough as sand paper. The bed hard and the room noisy due to the closeness of the highway and thin walls. I get lost easily so close to the highway was a plus for me, despite the noise. The kids of a family near me, kept running in and out of their room and yelling. The parents quickly put a stop to that, which was nice. The shower was set to needles which felt wonderful after an 8 hour drive. The room wasn't fancy, but i don't need fancy. There Are Better Options Out There For the money, you should go stay somewhere else. Days Inn or even Motel 6 is nicer. The front desk is hard to reach for a late check in. The room is in decent shape, but the toilet didn't flush well. The sheets were quite scratchy and the bedding materials were generally low quality. The worst part was the air conditioner which made a sound like a large moth was trapped inside all night. Ok on short notice though.

close to downtown The bathroom had trash on the floor, the stairs was not clean,Quality of service, amemities excellent. Rates outstanding. My remote control was not working and was replace right away. Thank you.

Nice property Good quality for the money. Close to Shula's bar & restaurant and Valley View Mall.
