Highly Recommended The management here worked with me with a very level head and considerate approach to resolve a few things that came up during my overall stay of two weeks. I am very impressed by the calmness of the place, especially on the back side of the hotel. A few upgrades to some equipment would give this location an extra star, in my opinion. Extended Stay America, A Great Roanoke Hotel! I booked this hotel on very short notice, and not only did I receive a great rate, I received very gracious service and an exceedingly nice room. My room was much nicer, complete with a full kitchen....than many of the much more expensive hotels I've stayed in in Roanoke. I would definitely recommend giving this Extended Stay America a try on your next trip!

Nice place to stay Very nice hotel for the money. I enjoy the kitchen as i stay for 2 days or longer. Great location to everything

clean and comfortable This hotel is clean and comfortable. There is a lot of road noise on the front side, so ask for a room on the back, away from the highway.

So So Positive- Good Price, nice kitchen and cabinets had sufficient accessories. Negative - Beds were hard as a rock, old sox under bed, burns in comforter.

staff was superior....and so was room. no complaints at all and def. do recommend to others.
