We knew it was an extended stay so it wouldn't be like an overnight hotel; shampoo, coffee for the coffee pot, hair dryer, etc. It was fine but we should have picked a one-night hotel room instead.

Extended Stay in Roanoke VA First room assigned had refridgerator unplugge for defrosting. Was reassigned to a different room. It was a non-smoking room, clearly marked as such, but some previous occupant had smoked. Coffee pot leaked, but otherwise all OK. Conveniently located near airport and I-81. Worth the price.

Extended Stay - Roanoke, VA We had a very short trip. Room condition was good, the customer rep. was very curtious when we arrived. Only thing that they didn't have any king size beds. Other than that, I am satisfied.

Pleasant stay at the Extended Stay America Roanoke Stayed only for a couple of days, but had absolutely no problems. Will definitely stop in again!

Extended stay - roanoke va The even numbered rooms face the highway and are very noisy. Also, staying near stairwell brings a lot of noise into room as people coom and go. Our room was very smoky although was listed as non-smoking. We stayed two nights and they didn't bring fresh towels even though we called saying we were short some to begin with. Upon checking in at 11pm we had to use call box to gain access to lobby. I was able to enter but night staff gave my husband a hard time. She went on to say they have to be carefu... read more

I was pleasantly surprized to find all the amenitiesin the room. It provided all the comforts of home.
