Everything was great except they charge me for another week even though I checked out in person. So hopefully they’ll reimburse or refund me for another week that they have charged my credit card

Woodbridge This is a very basic property but does have a kitchen. Elevator broke several times and the parking lot is scary. Employees are very nice and helpful.

I thought it was weird that the elevator didn't work when a certain employee worked... which sucked because i have a bad knee and walkin up to the fourth floor sucked..

WOW The room was filthy dirty. There was a washcloth behind our bathroom door that had been there from the previous occupant. The light switches door handles were disgusting!! They are clearly not following guidelines of cleanliness to be operating. I have stayed with this chain of hotels before and this location is a horrible representation of the brand.
