The property was close to what we needed. However we did not know that even though a kitchenette was provided, that there were no pans silverware, plates, bowls ete. We didn't even have a coffee maker.

I'm so sorry to hear that you were not aware of our ‘Simple’ philosophy and that guests pay only for the amenities they want to use (like daily cleaning, linen changes, cookware, a coffee pot, etc.). Not every guest desires the same amenities and by allowing guests to choose and only pay for the amenities they want, we are able to keep our rates affordable. We are sorry that was not what you expected and that you were disappointed.
There were bugs in our room and it didn’t feel like a safe area.

OK Place Rooms were old and tired, heard they have been bought out by Choice Hotels and will be getting a makeover. Could use a ramp at some door to help roll luggage over as the doors had curbs. No ice machines. Office people very helpful.

Our toilet clogged and repeatedly over and over again we reported it to the staff in front desk and they continue to tell us that they would have someone come down a fix or someone come down and fix it but only long lasted you know a few hours before was called again they told us repeatedly that they were going to move us rooms because of the toilet but never ended up moving us rooms

Find someplace else Not a safe area to be in and there were a lot of sketchy people in and around the hotel.
