My 10-day stay When I first got there there were undesirable people hanging outside the controlled doors who were waiting for people to unlock the door to get into the hotel. I found this to be very unsafe. The receptionist lady did not seem to mind what was going on. I found this to happen quite a few times on my 10 days stay there. About the housekeeping, it sounds like you weren't aware that we include service every 14 days in the base rate, but more frequent service can be requested. Many guests prefer the privacy that comes with limited Housekeeping. We are sorry this part of your stay was disappointing.

The soap, shampoo and all bath stuff were missing.

I am sorry to hear that you did not have those things in your room. occasionally we do miss things but if you want to come down to the desk we will be happy to sort that out
The room was smaller than I expected and the kitchen sink had a clog in it the whole time we were there. So it drained extremely slow and smelled funny. Other than that it was alright.
