Decent hotel The room was nothing great, but not horrible. The little kitchen was nice. Bed was comfy. The location is convenient but there are a lot of very sketchy patrons there at the hotel. If you have kids I highly recommend not staying here. Not very safe. Customer service was good. The housekeeping lady was super nice and helpful. For a low budget hotel it was worth it.

Hotel is in the middle of West Valley City, For people, they need a quiet neighbourhood, it's the wrong place. Changing a room, because it was to loud (nightshift worker), only with problems. Rooms with kitchen, but no coffee machine included, so you've to buy a machine in the hotel or in a store. Bad neighbourhood - in the 1. week people have stolen stuff out from the back from the truck and no good cooporation with the hotel manager. They've a video camera for the parking line, but they need 3 weeks for to help you with it... read more

The hotel was well located to the nearest stores My experience was will worth the staying, the place was well fit for an individual traveler like myself

Close to downtown Excellent manager and front desk people willing to accommodate customers.
