Great extended stay hotel with everything you need This is not luxury accommodation. Far from it. But if you're on a budget and you're going to be staying a week or longer then this is a great choice. The kitchenette has nothing but a microwave, fridge, hob and sink, no pots, pans, cups or cutlery, so you'll need to bring or buy everything you need to use it. Conveniant and Cheap The Value Place is a cheap and affordable accommodation that is convenient and has what you need. More for longer term stay, longer than a week. You have to pay for additional services but this is fine as the price of the room is not loaded with services you don’t need. I was overall satisfied with the place and would stay here again if its longer than a week.
Highly recommended, cheapest hotel ever! We love this hotel for its location, central to most restaurants and very close to a supermarket. The cost is very affordable especially if you live on a budget. We love cooking our own food as we don't want to eat out a lot. The kitchen is very good, big fridge freezer. I wish the hotel can provide utensils, cooking pots etc..We had to provide our own, so we managed to get some very cheap ones from the Family Dollar shop not far away from the hotel, which was great. Just What I needed My wife and I are very pleased. The Value Place provided just what we needed for our stay in Salt Lake City. We needed a clean comfortable place at a great price. The staff was very nice and always willing to lend a smile and helping hand. I will use Value Place every time we come up to visit.

We came with having a great stay and relax! When do you start,having to do your own cleaning of the room?? Taking out your trash?bringing sheets down to the front office, to get new one?? There was no pots,pans or utensils to cook with! Just to name a few things! The loud music played under our window, called 2x’s but, not a thing was done!! Went until2am

The room was absolutely disgusting. There was a pile of black pubic hair in the sink and trash can of a so called clean room. The blinds were broken and there were drug addicts roaming the property. I was messaging the chat the night my husband arrived delayed in Utah on the way to California as my father was dying. I would have reached out sooner but he died the following day. I would like a refund. This was unacceptable.
