The stay was good Staying there was good the staff was friendly and understanding, the rooms and bathroom was cleaned, just didn't like the cafeteria style chairs overall it was great

Booked a double bed was placed in a single bed until a double came available. Hot water only Luke warm.

SATISFIED CUSTOMER I stayed at this facility and for the price is was perfect for me. I was in a hurry to book a affordable price because of a sudden family ermergency in Shreveport. The room was clean and the overall property was neat and clean. I will stay here again. The lady at the front desk was nice and professional. When I checked out on Sunday there were two ladies that worked for the hotel walking down the hall and we spoke they were very nice.
