This property was clean, comfortable and well kept. The young lady at the front desk was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

One night ... comfortable.. It was quite clean but we did find a roach in our room. That was the only thing we didn't like. It was comfortable, quiet, safe area and service was excellent. We stayed one night while passing through on a road trip.

Exhausted Sitting ina hospital all day is very stressful when a love one is there after a long day ,I just wanted a nice place to lay my head down. I stay at the one in West Monroe so I decide to find one close to LSU it was farther than what I thought but I did get a good night sleep I will continue to come back rating overall satisfaction 9.

You get what you pay for! I have to say. Check in was nice staff was friendly. Got to room and the AC was turned off, blinds open so it was about 80 in the room. Turned on AC to 60 left room for about an hour or so went back and still was cooler in the halls than that room. I went downstairs let he clerk know and she was very helpful. She explained bc I was there for only one day they weren’t going to send a repair man but I could change rooms. Bring extra cash for this brand Compared to the other extended stay brands. For $7.00 more I could have drove to Bossier City and had the dishes, wi-did come with the rate. It was somewhat clean around the area, but our bathroom had long hair on the bathtub. If you staying long term family dollar and Walmart have dishes and pots half the price they or just eat out. Other than that a quiet place that I have seen

The room had a bad smell to it and the bed was too soft, I was pleased. I checked in and checked out.

Clean Clean no frills easy on off to I20 kitchen not equipped no coffee maker or eating or cooking utensils provided had to go to desk if you needed toilet paper and bring your trash to the dumpster.staff wonderful.needs a table light on nightstand bed comfortable
