Why was half of the outlets taped up?? We only stayed for one night there was no access to ice. There were empty ice cub trays in the freezer, but we had to go out to get ice. Since we didn't have hours for them to freeze. No extra pillows. Why was half of the outlets taped up?

Dog crap right in the walkway as you go out the door. Stayed there seven nights and was in the same place for five of them. Staff was even smoking right there a couple of times when I entered or exited the building and still was not taking care.
