Why was half of the outlets taped up?? We only stayed for one night there was no access to ice. There were empty ice cub trays in the freezer, but we had to go out to get ice. Since we didn't have hours for them to freeze. No extra pillows. Why was half of the outlets taped up?

The staff was amazing. They always talked to you when they saw a customer. They would help you out anyway possible. I will definitely come back!!
