Room was ok, but walls and refrigerator were dirty. Not very quiet. Only thing going for this place was location: right off the highway, next to food/ shopping and within 2.5 miles of my place to be.

As you've noted, we keep things simple and our rates affordable with guests only paying for the amenities they want to use (like daily cleaning, cookware, dishware, etc.). It would be a bit shocking if you weren't expecting this and we're so sorry this part of your stay was disappointing but glad you were able to enjoy our facility. We would love to welcome you back for just the amenities you want during your next stay.

Front desk closed. We called at 2pm to inform the desk that we would be checking in between 11 and 11:30pm because the front desk closes at 8pm. We were told to just use the phone in the lobby and someone would come out and check us in. We arrived at 11:10 pm and called on the lobby phone as instructed. It just rang for 15 minutes. We had to call expedia, who called the national hq, that then called and finally woke up the desk clerk. We didn't get into our room until after midnight and it was in the teens temperature wise. ... read more
