You pay for what you get It's cheap, so it's not gonna be an awesome place, but it seems decent. If you're pushed for money, it's ok, but don't expect anything wonderful.
It's Fine It was fine; nothing special but nice.
Value Place Springdale AR It was ok. Kind of a musty smell in the lobby. The hotel had lost our reservation. Took forever to check in. Bed was not very comfortable.
bed was extremely hard, no curtains so room wasn't very dark when trying to sleep. Found it odd that no one was at the front desk for us to check out on Sunday when we left.
Basic Necessities My wife and I stayed here b/c it was almost impossible to find a hotel room in Fayetteville on gameday weekend and it was just about the only place with a vacancy. We didn't expect much, and we got about what we expected. Small room, small bed, tiny tv. But it was clean and quiet and served its purpose. Just don't expect any frills - there wasn't even soap or shampoo in the bathroom.
Just as Described Have stayed at this location before, works well for me, nice as always.
comfortable, clean and economical Staff is friendly. Only issue I had was that Internet speed is very slow.
A good place to stay We spent a week at the hotel. It is a no frills room, but it is clean and the bed is great, but a double bed so keep that in mind if you plan to share;). You also have to make your own bed as they don't have daily cleaning service. ( But you are on vacation, so I won't tell if you don't make your bed LOL) There is a mini kitxhen so you can cook but you have to bring your own kitchen stuff.Or buys theirs.
