The room was clean and reasonably comfortable. Good location. Don't expect any amenities (lotion, shampoo, coffee pot) because there aren't any. When we left, the elevator was out of order, but fortunately for us a young man happened by and carried our bags down the stairs.

Always so friendly! Clean rooms! Quiet for the most part! Carol at the front desk is so friendly!!!!
Free Internet was a joke. You have to pay for high speed internet, so we used our own data. Staff are friendly, but not at front counter the majority of time. The floor in our room was dirty upon entering with water on the kitchenette floor spreading into the bed area. Maintenance had to come to the room twice to fix the issue. There’s quite a bit that could have been handled differently. This was the second hotel/motel that we’ve stayed at in Springfield that was not up to par.

Room was very clean, staff was very helpful and called after my check in to make sure my room was comfortable, great customer service

Bedroom smelled very bad. Smell of old stuff. Also we booked two rooms on Expedia when we show up at the hotel they said that there’s system showing only one room booked. We showed our Expedia reservation, which showing two rooms and they in return showed us screen on their and showing on the one room at the end. They found one extra room, but it was a close call.
