Impressionable Customer Service I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms. The guest that was staying with me became ill & had requested hot tea. While searching the hotel for the tea, I ran into a staff member & inquired about the tea. She asked what room number I was in & within the hour she had delivered the tea bags to the room. Very impressionable! The location of the hotel is a little bit off of the main road within businesses, so the traffic was very minimal and there weren't any disturbances. Thank you f... read more

Reservation disappointment but worked out. Had reservation for weeks in advance for two double beds, phoned ahead of time to assure late arrival. At check in was told that two double bed rooms were all taken and was given a room with one bed and a foldout. Foldout was not comfortable. Dissatisfied with this arrangement for comfort sake after discussion with night clerk, we were given two seperate rooms at the same cost. That was satisfactory. OK if you're not staying long... Staff was friendly and helpful. But, there was no toilet paper in the room. Had to go back up to the front desk to get it as there was also no phone in the room to call the front desk. The condition I marked as dreadful because the smell outside the hotel was a mix of trash, dog droppings, and something else awful I couldn't place. I only needed the place for one night, and it served its purpose, but I definitely could've done without that awful stench.

Close to Ameristar and Hollywood Casinos My stay was great. Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Clean. Love the kitchen & accessories. Everything to make a comfortable stay was there.

good place for out of town work crews This is a good place for out of town contractors to put their crews. I decided to give it a try and save a few bucks. It was ok, but I am not recommending it. Spend a few dollars more and stay somewhere better.

Trip to the zoo Phone did not work in the room. Did not have a separate bedroom like we were suppose to. Trash was not taken out from previous people. No breakfast bar like posted on website.

Tub didn't drain well and there was a dirty diaper in the trash can, but no big deal staff was very nice and it was a good price. We were satisfied with the room and would stay there again.
