CHEAP CHEAP!!! I love this place the only hotel that i like to go to just to clear my head for a day or two away from friend and family too.!!

Mostly good We were transferred to this motel from a "sister" hotel the day before we were to arrive. Check in went smooth and we got the room for the price of the other motel that we had paid to Expedia. We were on the third floor and the key didn't work so my husband had to go and get that fixed. The hallway smelled terrible, but our room was nice and clean. The coffee pot ran all the coffee onto the counter instead of into the pot and there was no remote in the room when we got there, but the desk clerk brought one right ... read more

Worth the price Studio Plus provided everything I needed at a discount price. Staff was very helpful and friendly!

Studio Plus in St. Charles-close to area casinos The hotel was decent, about what you'd expect for the price. We were probably a 5 minute drive to the closest casino, which is why we chose the hotel. The front desk quickly corrected the mistake in our room and we had no problems the night we were there.

More than expected For the price, I expected a very run down hotel and the thought of a full kitchen scared me as to how clean the appliances and such would be. I booked this hotel knowing we would only be sleeping in the room and nothing fancy was needed. Aside from finding some questionable items behind the dresser on the day we checked out, I was pleasantly surprised. My ONLY complaint was that the beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Best deal for the $$ The hotel was a little different than I am used to. There wasn't a "registration counter" with people behind it, so you checked in with women at desks in a reception room. It seemed a bit odd to not have the reception people standing eye to eye with me. I also thought it was strange that there was no rear entrance - doors were on the ends of the building and in the front at the center of the building. Customer Service is the best! The hotel is not exactly near St. Louis, but the drive is worth it! It's very quiet, very peaceful- Nice after a long day! The customer service is the best! Laquanda checked me and I have never had better service. She was very poilte and courteous. She even surprised me by calling about 10 minutes after checking in to make sure that everything in my room was to my satisfaction! Excellent!
