No toilet paper We stayed here for 3 nights. There were 2 adults and 2 kids. During this stay we were given 1 roll of toilet paper. When we ran out I called the front desk and was told they didn't have the key to that room and to call back in the morning!!! What were we supposed to do in the meantime?!? I have stayed at hotels before and NEVER had this happen before. This completely changed our opinion. We won't stay here again!!!

Not so great Non smoking room was apparently a smoking room for the last visitor. It reeked. Bedding was stained, kitchen was dirty. Not a great experience.

Think twice before booking Was NOT pleased with this away from home experience!!!! NOpots and pans in room- had to request. Bathroom-stool soiled. no wakeup call as requested. CIGARETTE found in phonebook in a NON-SMOKING room-reported to management, was told they would call, never heard from them. stove not cleaned -smoked was everywhere everytime I cooked causing the smoke alarm to go off several times

Studio in St louis MO It was a large room with a full kitchen but smelled moldy and dusk. Overall it wasn't a bad place. I just needed somewhere to sleep the night.

The worst stay. We tryed to stay out of the hotel for as much of the day as possible because the hotel was so grungy looking. The hotel didnt have the things that normal hotels would have. The hotel was horrible, and I would request my money back.

Not Great, but what do you expect. The hotel is not great but for the money what can you expect. This is an extended stay hotel so it comes with a kitchen. The hotel seems rundown and had a real bad smell. The room overall was clean, just used and worndown, but then again what can you expect for this cheap? I wouldnt stay again, Id spend the extra 20 bucks and get something nicer.

Will not go back Really disappointed in this hotel, and will not be going back. Plenty of other nice places in same area in same price range. Here's a list of what was unsatisfactory - 1. No batteries in TV remote. When I went to the front desk to get some, the girl on duty was on a personal cell call. She went to the back and got batteries for me, never interrupting her call in the process. Not very professional or courteous. 2. Furnishings were outdated at best, dirty and stained at worst. Studios Plus In Earth City, MO No one was available at the time of check-in, so I had to come back. When I did, the attendant was very helpful with information, but very robotic with the instructions. I thought the hotel smelled very musty and was very bland. When I got to my room, I noticed an even more pungent musty smell. Since it is a hotel with kitchettes, there were varying smells throughout the building that I felt permeated through the ventilation system, so it became a smorgasbord of smells, not necessarily pleasant... read more

Avoid Staff not trained. Room keys did not work. Left specific instructions for a wake-up call. Neither my traveling partner nor I received that call. Both of us missed our flight. Room was not clean. Did not even have a hair dryer.
