Ok for price & close to airport Shower not working well..toilet seat coming off. Staff was nice though. Hotel was priced well but it just looked cheap..furnishing/flooring looked more like K Mart. Liked the laundry room.

Horrible! DO NOT STAY HERE!! ...The rooms looked nothing like they did on the website, which was Studio Plus and after driving around when matching addresses, the hotel was actually Extended Stay america, not Studio Plus. There was only one staff working and we were told there is only one staff working, who didn't seem to know much, the employee on staff didn't even know what a blanket was when asking for a new one. Then when we got to our rooms then were abosolutely filthy and outdated, nothing like what the website showed.... read more

Need to invest a little more on the room The room was very poor remodeled. Kitchen area floor was uneven, it felt like it was going to collapse underneath me. Shower with a lot of stainds.

Stinky room It was 25 degrees outside. So the open window should have been my first clue. The room smelled so bad it kept me awake. One of the closet doors was missing. The bathtub faucet dripped. The toilet would barely flush. I couldn't get out of that room fast enough.

so-so To be fair while the bed in the room was clearly broken and would lean 45 degrees to the left if you laid on the left side of it and was hard as a rock we didn't say anything about it until we checked out because we didn't notice it until around 10 and didn't feel like repacking all of our stuff and having them move us. But the staff would have had to notice it when changing the sheets on the bed prior to us taking the room so there was definitely a lack of care there.

NOT SAFE!!!!!!! I attend itt tech. I checked into my room and everything was going good. I got back from school and my key card would not work for my room. I went to the front desk where they reset my key. When i walked into my room someone else was sleeping in my bed. Thank god i didn't leave anything in the room. I went back down and got a new room but no one could explain how or why someone was sleeping in my room. I would recommend sleeping in your car before this hotel.
