When we came back to hotel after our concert, our fire alarm was chirping. It was 2:00am, we just wanted to sleep. We took the battery out of it, but it continued to chirp, attempted numerous times to get staff to answer phone, since the front desk was closed. Finally, someone answered, said they'd come up but never did. We ended up leaving and not staying, and was unable to get a refund! Terrible, terrible service!!!!!!

I have stayed at every Extended Stay property in the St. Louis area over the last several months. I have always been more than satisfied with each property and I have even left positive reviews. Until I stayed at this property. I usually travel with my son just to get away from the house and it gives us both a chance to catch up on school work. Gross! This felt like a community rehab center. Awful. So sad and dirty/dark feeling.
