price appropriate It was not a very clean hotel room. The Kitchenette came in handy and that was clean but the couch and pull out bed were dirty and had holes in it. The room smelled. And the carpet was dirty. There wasn't enough light in the room. But I guess the price was appropriate for the room.

First of all it was suppose to be a nonsmoking room ...but clearly someone had been snoking in it... probably chain smoking. The bedding looked old and ratty and it did not smell clean. There was a comfortable looking chair that was terribly stained.

Studio Plus St. Louis-Westport repeat performance I hesitated on sending this review since I sent a review late last year about another Studio Plus in the same city. I was very disappointed by reliving a lot of what I experienced last year close by. Even though I have confirmation of a room, thee front desk explained they did not have anything available. business conference I arrived about midnight to find no one available at the front desk. I did call ahead to notify the room that I would be arriving late. However, I stood in the small hotel lobby for about 10 minutes until someone came from the back room. They gave me my room but then did not know the password for the internet. Small rooms but they were fairly clean. Overall I'd say this hotel is a generous 2 out of 5.

stay was there in the past and everything was wonderful. Made a return because we wwere so happy the first time. The lady in check in is amazing. Got to the room was thoroughly disgusting. Hair (from a animal) everywhere. Opened the refrigerator to put a few thing in there and it to was full of hair. Same with the freezer. Went to use the room phone to call down to ask for another room only to find that the phone did not have a phone cord attached. Walked down to the lobby she was very helpful. Ya get what you pay for I was there for 3 days. Had it not been the friendliness of the staff I wouldn't have made it that long. It's an old facility but large and clean. I was missing a few of the normal items that come with a room. I didn't have closet doors, bathroom amenities, toilet paper, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, kitchen utensils (and yes, this room was supposed to be a kitchenette). cheap hotel toilet and bathroom was pretty ugly toilet clogged the 1st time i used it and there was no toilet paper in the room. Take a poo somewhere before getting a room here.
