No amenities. Didn’t know that nobody would come from time to time to clean/ straighten the room

Thank you for your feedback. We do include twice a month room cleaning in the rate but more frequent service can be requested. Many guests prefer the privacy that comes with limited Housekeeping. I'm so sorry that part of your stay was disappointing.
The property looks very pleasant outside, but the hallways smell like smoke as well as the elevator. One of the residents were playing music until about 130 in the morning and I had to call a 500 number for them to send someone to the room to turn it off about three times. People smoking outside by the front door. Positive very close to shops and restaurants. I would recommend making the hotel smoke-free and have a smoking section set up out in the back tables.
