Very Odd!!! I went online and secured my smoke-free room by paying In advance only to get a call and hour or two before stating that they only had smoking rooms left. We were there for an event so had no choice but to take it as other hotels were all sold out. When we got there we realized there is no one there at night in case we needed any type of service which I didn’t like in the front door was wide open. Not sure if it was great but I'm with my family Add those days at a hotel one staff seems to be a tad moody and notice s this is a bad regards to us
