I like location didn't like water constantly flowing in tub,and card reader and copier was slow

The professionalism of the staff and the comfort of the rooms.
We had two issues, one was they were understaffed when we went to check in on a Saturday, so our room was not ready for two days and we had to stay in a one bedroom for those two days and we were three adults, that was why I had booked and paid for a two bed room. Lastly, second week we were there the elevator went out due to heavy rain on a Tuesday, worked on Wednesday morning and then just didn't work again the rest of our stay, again due to rain.
