Pros: Staff was prompt to fix problems, good location lots of restaurants and shopping, rooms safe and relatively clean. Cons: Elevator needs to be cleaned, elevator license expired 2021. 2 cockroaches in my room, room floors were dirty, Direct TV menu not working right

Loud & Not Very Helpful Hers of elephants stayed above me, ok, they may have just been some little ones, but my word, loud is an understatement... Doing laundry is a waiting game, if the machines even work, and management refused to assist with challenges... Stay on top floor, got to be quieter... I'm not going back unless it's a last resort...
