It was dusty but it was a nice little apartment. Has all the utilities you'd need and for a good price too.

Everything was pleasant except the water in the bathroom sink wouldn’t drain

My husband and I stayed for the weekend for the FSU game , we drove 5 1/2 hrs and the guy at the counter was very friendly and stayed and extra 30min after closing hours waiting on us to check us in , we were out most of the time the room was clean , the bed was comfy , we had a fridge which was perfect and no noise , we will definitely go back .
