Wifi not free- extra if you want it useful, and shut off before I checked out. Staff was helpful and kind, but limited with what they can help with. If there is going to be a kitchen, a few utensils and plates would be good.

No hair dryer and was not granted a late checkout No HAIR DRYERS! Pretty clean. No roaches. I could hear other doors slam in hallway and dogs in other rooms barking in my room with the t.v. on. Vending machine had NO water. It was a heat index of close to 100 degrees. Asked for late checkout at noon. Front desk said if it was a problem the manager would call me. No messages from manager. Someone banged on my door at checkout time and woke me.

The staff was extremely nice & helpful, but the hotel was old & other people staying there were noisy.
Location and staff was great, the room was a bit shabby. I would say it needs new face.

This is not my first stay on the property. It is in the right location for me on my visits to Tampa. I only wish we could have pre-arranged our stay but nobody knows the time or the hour - Death Does Come. The staff was very kind to my mother and I. It means a lot to mean to have great hospitality.
