Everything looked AND FELT clean. Hotel location convenient to everything. From Walmart and Target to Busch Gardens and Hard Rock Casino. Property was clean and well lit. Check-in was a breeze and the clerk was super accommodating. Entire place was just immaculate which seems to be less common nowadays. No shady folks hanging around. Room was large with lots of space around bed and built-in extra shelving along closet wall. I normally feel it necessary to wipe counters, etc when initially entering a hotel room. The property was near the facility my elderly aunt lives in, so convenience for me was primary.

Second time staying at this hotel, convenient, pet friendly, mattresses seem old/worn out-felt every spring, especially in the first floor room of this stay. Stayed in upper floor room previously and it was slightly better.
Clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Bed was terrible, noisy, creaky, duvet is overkill in Florida, no sleed
