The cable TV was down for most of Sunday, the time of the NFL conference games. The direct TV service people did not come until late in the day. Also the room was not cleaned up for our second day and there were supplies that ran out like tissues and toilet paper.

2nd Visit here in the past couple of years, only 1 night and it was great. Staff friendly and helpful. Clean and in a great location for VA Hospital and USF Just off the Interstate in a good area.

Didn't like the small bathroom. Didn't like that the room didn't come with pots, pans and dishes

Pros and Cons On the positive side, the hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Also, it was very quiet so I was able to get a good night’s sleep. However, the smell in my room was not good. It almost smelled like a smoking room. Which is not good for me because I’m not a smoker.

Best value! Staff is Awesome! Rooms are clean and very comfy. Quietest hotel out of many stayed at in central Florida. Quick bite breakfast everyday. Value of this hotel is in top of Tampa. I recommend it to anyone with family or pets.
