I wanted a non-smoking room, but one wasn't available. I wanted two beds, but there was only one in the room.

Nice room with very comfortable bed. So-so internet service. Lobby and hallways (but NOT the room) had stale smell (?cigarete).

Quiet stay The hotel is in a quiet area and close to Busch Gardens.I was pleased when front desk offered a non-smoking room- apparently I selected a smoking room by mistake. When we first arrived, the room smelled like urine as the door to the bathroom was next to the entrance. I was able to rid of the smell from fragrance I had from home :) Another thing was the hotel had listed as serving breakfast, but that's misleading as they only have coffee, breakfast bars and individually wrapped small muffins. Our stay at Extended Stay America Amazing hotel, clean and has kitchenette for you to cook as you please. Very nice staff, all but one snobbish lady which was very rude. But overall rest of staff and hotel were Great!!!
