La basura no se puede recoger una vez por semana Entiendo que es un hotel distinto, pero exagerar la nota, hasta ni recoger la basura que se genera sino una vez por semana, es demasiado. Eso atrae cucarachas y otros insectos no deseados (vi una por cierto). Tampoco entiendo por que nos piden que bajemos las toallas para la recepción, pues en todo caso deberían de tener un contenedor donde echarlas en cada piso. Por ultimo, la suciedad se acumula con el uso, no hay escobas en las habitaciones para limpiar, ni trapos para sacu... read more

Busch Gardens Day Staff was very helpful and friendly. Quick check in. Clean room. A little worn on the inside. Carpet stained. Bed was not very comfortable. Not bad for an overnight stay.

was not worth to pay $85..one night. breakfast was really poor, only coffee and muffins, bugs in the bathroom, toilet water won run you have to use a plunge, room stink cigarettes.no hair dryer.

Great Hotel! Extremely good service at check in. The desk clerk was very knowledgeable and friendly. The room was clean and very nice. The bed was a bit firm but okay. Thank you for a great stay.
