Booked for king size bed. Only thing a available was queen size. Toilet seat was filthy, had to use seat covers. Refrigerator door handle was dirty. Please note. Pictures are available. Requesting full refund on this account. Front desk reduce my charges to 88.98. Please advise. Where do I send the pictures ?

Will not stay here again. First time at an Extended Stay so probably will avoid them all the future. No hot water; staff knew it had been an issue but did not check to see if it was repaired before giving us the room—multiple rooms available when we checked in.

The area ok, the beds were hard, not comfortable at all, no blankets or comforter on our beds, no coffee pot, paper towels! Wash cloths were dingy and hard, as well as the towels. When I booked the room did advise them 3 people were staying in the room. I received one tiny bar of soap! We had to go buy wash clothes , towels and soap! Never again

The room we were originally given smelled so bad of cigarette smoke that we had to change rooms; ironic that we had to sign a waiver saying that we would not smoke in the room. The second room was better but not the greatest. The hallway carpet was rundown. Hallway ceiling vents were hanging down and hot air was exhausting into the hallway making it hotter. We had reservations to stay at the same hotel a week later but cancelled. We couldn't stay in the hotel again. Don't think we will ever stay in another Extended Stay.

The smell from the pets was overwhelming. The woman at the front desk was less than helpful. No bathroom to use while we wait to check in.
