Even though requested a non smoking room , the entire lobby on third floor reeked of smoke. The rooms were not clean. The staff is not available at the front desk.
Very rude staff,nothing provided in the room,no cleaning for 7 days as we were told.breakfast was just for name sake most of the time it was finished.no coffee or tea.worst experience of my overall stay.wont recommend anybody to stay.the room which was supposed to be no smoking was full of cigarette smel I would say worst hotel I ever stayed in

property needs to be updated. Also, smelled like weed in the second floor.
That was not a nice place Look if you stay there because you happen to get a really cheap rate (below motel6/super8 or any other run-down motel chain) it may be fine. However if you are about to pay a comparable price for other Hotels (I mean real Hotels in the area) please consider what you are getting into. - the breakfast advertised on in the description is nothing more than coffee and some muesli bars out of a cupboard - the rooms are run down, the bathroom, the bed, the linen - no daily housekeeping - no cleaning seems... read more
Needs Work! The elevator hasn't been certified since January of 2018. It also smelled like Cigarettes. The bedding was uncomfortable. There were cats everywhere. I cancelled my second night to stay at another hotel out of my own pocket. This was not a good experience.
I waited at the desk to be checked in for over 20 minutes. The room smelled very bad and the bed had a very nasty stain on the bed, very disappointing.
I paid for the room when I ordered it online but I was asked to swipe my card again at check in. The next day I noticed that I was charged twice for the same transaction
