Even though it is a non smoking hotel. Everyone just smokes outside of their room. Then the smoke filters into all the rooms.

decent stay I stayed over night it wasnt terrible but my bed sheets had some curious stains on them in places on the bed were u new ther was adult activity the sheets looked and smelled clean these should prolly have been thrown away instead of cleaned I slept on the bed cover jus in case. Otherwise friendly staff nice hotel.. I would honestly come back

Slight smell of someone else's pet Smell was clear by second day, left bathroom fan on while out for the day at work, plus frebreeze

Short trip Came to town on short notice and needed a hotelclose to the airport. For the 6 he stay, the bed was comfortable, the shower hot! Everything I needed.

Very nice hotel For the same price as other budget motels, you get a very clean room with kitchen area. Staff was friendly, location was perfect for access to Dulles.

2 days near Dulles Airport in room #220. Kitchen hot water valve was bad, which allowed the handle to spin completely around. Bathroom door and counter were old & damaged. Needed pencil & paper. The TV channel selection was almost completely worthless. The room smelled like it used to be a smoker's room.
