decent for stays close to the airport it wasnt much to write home about, just a run of the mill extended stay spot but its near the airport and nothing else. inaccessible except by car, so if you dont mind driving and have a car, this is ok if you are on a budget. no regular room service, just towels replaced.

Disappointed in Dulles While room was clean, as a single female on business, didn't realize this was more of a "motel" style lodging with access on outside. I prefer to stay in a "hotel". The room smelled terribly of smoke even though I was in a non-smoking room. While the facility indicates it offers breakfast - breakfast is nothing more than grab 'n go granola bars, cellophane muffins and a piece of fruit. Iwould not stay here again.
Visited Gallaudet University It was an interesting experience being in the Washington, DC area. I avoided the Toll roads to get around the area. The Hotel was just great.
Close to Dulles with friendly staff Hotel is pretty run down. Although the room was clean, I will not be back.
Good stay I was here for a business trip and found the location of this hotel to be very convenient. The room was quiet with the exception of some light plumbing noise, and the bed was comfortable. Wi-Fi worked great, as I was able to complete my work and do some leisure activities. Breakfast accommodation wasn't too bad. As the description mentioned, there were good choices of coffee and other refreshments, along with fruit, instant oatmeal, and muffins.
