Good clean hotel, had a problem with hair dryer,front desk came right away. Would stay again.

Disappointing !!! The room was very clean. The hotel is very clean.Missing shower gel, shampoo ... i went to reception and they give to me in my hand...(!!! - not professional). They have breakfast included but was not existing...(only coffee, tea and some apples - coffee was disgusting...!!!) ... I ask reception why is just coffee included in breakfast and the reason was...You have kitchenette in room...- not professional answer !!!

We came early morning traveling from Niagara Falls and John (staff) was very helpful and professional that he came with us to the room to check if everything was fine. He made coffee for us. It was a long driving and we were exhausted. He made possible that everything run fast and we could get to the room to rest fast enough.

Not a bad room. Hallway stunk and so did breakfast The room is big and nice. Beds are decent. The hallway of the second floor smelled like rotten milk. Thankfully It didn't smell like that in the room but getting to the room required holding ones breath. Grab and go breakfast sucks. Staff was nice.

还行，胜在有厨房 前台服务不好不坏；电梯里一股怪味；有厨房，却没任何餐具，包括咖啡机，得跟前台现要。好在房间比较大，设施比Host Inn新一些有限，尤其床；没沙发床，厨房还不错。
Great place for our quick stay Great stay, nice people, had a dog with us and there were no issues
