awesome in general great surprise for tired travelers just wish the beds were not so firm

Great Room Great place to stay when you need a home away from home.
The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. My stay was great. The staff spent a good bit of time helping me get my smartphone online.

Good clean hotel, had a problem with hair dryer,front desk came right away. Would stay again.

Disappointing !!! The room was very clean. The hotel is very clean.Missing shower gel, shampoo ... i went to reception and they give to me in my hand...(!!! - not professional). They have breakfast included but was not existing...(only coffee, tea and some apples - coffee was disgusting...!!!) ... I ask reception why is just coffee included in breakfast and the reason was...You have kitchenette in room...- not professional answer !!!

We came early morning traveling from Niagara Falls and John (staff) was very helpful and professional that he came with us to the room to check if everything was fine. He made coffee for us. It was a long driving and we were exhausted. He made possible that everything run fast and we could get to the room to rest fast enough.
