If you want to use the kitchenette, you don't have much to work with. AND they don't have plugs for the sink, so you can't wash the dishes you do have (without coming up with some clever patch to fill the sink). IF you don't need the kitchen, the room is just fine.

Best Value in the Area everything else too much This is great for the Dollar amount every place else over priced over rated and over the top but this is SIMPLICITY at it's BEST!!!
