Good stay; friendly staff! Needed a no frills room for a work thing and this was perfect.
Nice close to restaurants, activities and Shopping. Also close to hospital if you're visiting a sick family/friend.
Very nice place for a short stay, close everything in South Bend and an excellent value. Don't expect a breakfast, still a good clean motel.
Queen Box Frame but had a Double Matress on it??One of the last rooms available. Other than that it was a nice stay in a nice room
The hotel did not feel safe. We had a stranger show up at the door and then found the same person loitering at the elevator. The hotel promised breakfast. but the "breakfast" amounted to packaged granola bars, instant oatmeal, and packaged muffins. Not what we expected.
