The card keys I was given had to be reset twice when I checked in. The door’s lock needed its battery replaced and even after that, took me 5 times to get the door open. The shower was permanently set to overhead so I was shocked with cold water. The front door of the hotel locks at 10p and you need your key card to enter. Too bad it didn’t work and if the staff wasn’t there, I would had been locked out for the night. The staff was amazing. Security issues with doors (room and outside), trash around the property, breakfast is only muffins and instant oatmeal, suite did not include cookware, silverware, etc, needed to requested at front desk (limited items).

Nice hotel. Horrible manager General manager was rude. Tried to charge for a service animal. Called company number who apologized. She asked about my disabilities
