no problems here Everything in the room worked from the appliances to the plumbing..just needs alil work on some of the walls inside the building...and not to far from St.Louis downtown..the wife and i were very happy with this trip
great stay i enjoyed my stay. It was quite and relaxing, however i didnt like the fact all the buttons exect the one that said front desk was missing, and i couldnt control my temperture on the fridge, because the the control box was taken out. customer service was also wonderful they made sure i had all my kitchen utilities.
Can't say anything bad The hotel was exactly as you would expect for the price. It was a little farther away from everything than we would have liked, but for hotel rates in that area everything was as it should have been. The woman working the front desk, Shontelle, was extremely helpful and was always friendly and attentive.

Ok for a stay near airport It was worth the price, amenities are only served as per request but they let you know about the same when you check in
convenient for unplanned overnight but not the bes Convenient for a quick overnight if stuck in St Louis via airport but would not choose to stay there due to shady neighborhood around
Weekend get away I had been driving all night and was trying to find the hotel. I tried to call the hotel for some directions to the property but I kept reaching a recording. When I finally found the property the doors were locked. They had a buzzer for guest to ring, but no one answered. I stood outside knocking on the front door for 15 mins. Gross !!!!! Front office door locks after 9Pm ??? Front clerk seemed like someone not to get on her bad side,I travel allot for business and have stayed in my share of hotels,This room had "Boogers" over head board,Furniture scuffed up.Part of wall falling apart in bathtub. I will NOT ever stay here again
