We needed a room for one night, and it was more than sufficient. I really liked that the room had a small refrigerator and stove available, and it was spacious and comfortable. A major downside is that it appears there is only one way to get to the hotel, and if you miss the turn you're out of luck. You have to drive down the highway and find a way to turn around.
You get what you pay for..... The hotel rooms needs to be updated. I asked for new linens and towels and that I would like my room cleaned and they wouldn't clean it. They made me bring my dirty towels to the front desk. The carpet was a little dirty and the kitchen area was outdated other than that it was ok for the price.

Ok for price For the price it was great. But there was no shampoo or conditioner and the iron was filthy.
customer service is top notch at stay america tami hilton shoveled a patch of snow away from the back of my tires so I could back out. She was friendly and cooperative. The front desk people in the daytime was very sympathetic to me this past weekend. I felt like I was staying with friends and family when I was at Stay America.
