Unprofessional staff member I was not happy at all with the girl who checked me in. She lied to me about you all didn’t have any rooms ready until 3:00 pm and I told her that I booked the room on line and it stated that it was 2 rooms available that’s why I booked it so I then told her if there wasn’t any rooms available until 3 pm that to cancel my reservation and I would go somewhere else then all of the sudden she found one and checked me in did not apologize nor did she say enjoy your stay just gave me the key and walked... read more
