Room had a unfortunate leak in the bathroom sink. Staff quickly addressed the issue and had service immediately

Good for low cost stay I will start with the staff. Lisa was phenomenal. She helped us check in, called once we were in the room to ensure everything was good and remembered us throughout the stay when we passed by the counter. Always with a smile! The quick breakfast was stocked both mornings with a variety of snacks and good coffee/condiments. The room was smaller than we're used to with this chain of hotels. Worked well for my needs. I needed a place to stay flying in out of nearby Airport. This facility is well maintained. The rooms were in good working order. The staff was friendly and professional. I didn’t try the breakfast. I left before they put breakfast out both stays. It’s a good value for a good nights sleep, so it served me well in that respect.

Great price, but get what you pay for Nice and clean ENOUGH, but it generally smelled like cigarette smoke throughout and rooms could be updated a bit. But, you get what you pay for. It was a fine stay and the service was great.

Visiting a sick family member I called front desk for a few things I needed & shiela the manager was very rude cut me off after I said two words. Luckily Sharon the house keeper was very nice & helpful she gave me everything I needed. Shiela needs customer service training because she has none.
