The bed wasn't very comfortable and the hotel wasn't in the greatest condition. They initially tried to put me in a smoking room, even though I booked non-smoking. At least they were able to change it, but I think someone else that booked non-smoking was put in my original smoking room. For the money and for one night, it was okay.

Accommodating This stay, the staff quickly responded to my request for bath towels as there weren't any in the room.
Extended Stay America honors your rights I have stayed in many other hotels, but ESA is the ONLY hotel which complies with US law. PRIVACY: while a guest is occupying a room, managers/housekeepers/maintenance DO NOT have the right to enter without guest permission (i.e. door hangers with option to request housekeeping service) except for imminent danger. OK Bad, bad smell of smoking in room. Tried a spray but it did not work....

Nice place but could use improvements Nice place, convenient location. While we had a non-smoking room, the aromas in the hallways (and on the towels) made it feel otherwise.

The hotel is visible, but in the back of the area, which helps keep traffic noise to a minimum.
