Very nice hotel, close to the highways. My wife and I stayed there for three weeks this month. Our baby was born during the second week of our stay. We felt comfortable and were always treated with hospitality and professionalism by all the staff. Marta, one of our housekeepers, was very helpful and particularly worthy of praise for her help and assistance. Give and Take The area is nice and quiet but not convienent to anything (appeared to be an Industrial area). I enjoyed the 'apartment-like' layout of the room. However the bed was terribly too soft and the room was a little dusty (as though no one had stay in it in a while). The staff was friendly for the most part but would not accommodate our one hour later checkout request without another day's charge.

Thin walls I stayed for four nights in summer and had a very hard time sleeping because of the noise. I could hear people's conversations through the wall. I also put in dry cleaning for same- day service. They forgot to pick it up for two days. I had to change my plans on the last day so they could get it for me at check out.

Good only if on top floor The hotel has nice amenity and the staff is friendly. However, the ceiling is so thin that I was really disturbed by the stomps from upstairs. The guest upstairs kept going in and out of the room and the ceiling shook with every step. Moreover, my door would clank every time the person upstairs closed the door and it happened tens of times in just one night. I don't think I'd ever stay here unless guaranteed a room on the top floor.

Very happy patrons! Mr. Otis was cheerful and very thorough wjen checking is in. The rooms were fantastic. They were large, clean and more than we expected. The suites are definitely great for families with the amount of space and the kitchen within the room. Check out is 12 noon whicj is later than most hotels. Whenever my family travels from now on, we will look to see if there is a Towne Place Suites at the location we will be staying.

Too expensive for what it is We could hear everything that was happening inside and outside the hotel. The breakfast is a joke and the room it is served in even worst. The bed was to soft. Staff was nice however
