Nice hotel but careless staff. Overall, it was a good experieance. However, when we arrived the room was not having any kitchen stuff and we need to call the staff for anything we find missing. After sometimes, we finally stopped asking. This is first hotel, where no hair dryer, dirty plates in washer, no bedsheet for futon, any no pots/pans etc. while the room description says full kitchen. The staff was nice but not sure, why they given an unprepared room.
Had a wonderful experience from check-in until lea Enjoyed from check-in until checkout. Staff was professional. Rooms were clean. Felt like home
Great place to stay, for a day or a month! It was excellent from start to finish! The staff was excellent! The room and furnishings were homey and comfortable. Very well laid out design!
The room was very nice I just hate that I had to share it with roaches.
The hotel was great! Until check out, i left a bag there with some of my belongings and unfortunately my bag of makeup was missing in it which was disappointing.
The hotel itself was okay - the bed and pillows were perhaps the comfiest I've ever experienced. It's an older hotel, so the furnishings and carpet in the entryways and hallways are a bit worn. Some of the trash from the previous guest was not emptied when I arrived and there was long dark hair everywhere in the bathroom. Otherwise, clean and tidy. Atl visit Hotel was clean and expectations were met for the price we paid. Location is the only downside. It’s right next to a motel which doesn’t feel all that safe
