Mostly good, would stay here again Front desk clerk was friendly and super helpful. Enjoyed the breakfast offerings. My two complaints were that the pool was completely overrun by about 200 (I exaggerate, but a lot) of preteen little boys for little league, and there was no supervision by parents or staff. And the room cleanliness was not up to par. My 11 month old baby found a random lipstick and some Cocoa Puffs while crawling on the floor. I love The scenery. The view I had over the balcony was beautiful.
They did not have my reservation listed, even though Travelocity had confirmed it. However, since I checked in early, I was able to get a room without a problem. This is the second time Travelocity has almost left me hanging. The room was very clean but the lights on the wall between the bed did not work as the switch was broken.
Not again.. The rooms really need some major make over. Check-in was quick and friendly Breakfast was good(can’t mess up waffles).
